Timings on that ram is horrendous.

Lots of options like getting this kit instead for $110
Ripjaws 8gb kit, 2x4gb.

You can also go for faster speed but higher timings RAM for about same price.
In addition, you don't actually need 8gb of RAM for gaming.

5770 isn't really a GPU you want to use for 1200p gaming. 5850's are only $165 after MIR right now. That's pretty much the lowest you wanna go.

PSU is a joke. Get a real one. Any XFX, any corsair, and Antec earthwatts and TP line are fine.
