Not a great deal, but it will work ok. I use a biostar board with the same chipset, and it works fine and overclocks modestly. I paid $50 less $10 rebate (which I may never receive, biostar and zotac are the worst for rebates), but my board has only 2 ram slots.

The "Phenom" 840 is really an Athlon II (no L3).

Edit: And, I too could no longer view the combo. If it was one of the ones they've been featuring lately with Logisys PSU-shaped objects, do NOT plug that in while it is attached to your computer; replace it with a quality PSU. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, Enermax, and XFX are among the better brands. Look for full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and 80+ certification.
