Safe Operating Temperature

Can anyone tell me what the safe operating temperature is of a AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition is when it is overclocked. Mine is currently running around 63-64 C when under stress tests. Thanks for any help.

LE: I mean if that's the temp for CPU stress programs and benches not games.
