sir i have a 4gb pend drive my importance file storage in this pen drive but this pen drive are not open or drive my pc how can solved this problem please help me sir

Have you tried all your computer's USB ports?

perform a restart

if still causing problem
then perform these steps to get your data

click start->select control panel->select administrative tool->select computer management->select disk management-> in right tab their will be some drives
then right click each drive (one by one) and click on explore, then a window will open, then just identify your drive

or
restore default values in bios
