Hey guys,
This is my first time building a computer so I'm quite unexperienced. I was curious to see if anyone had any input on which fans I should be getting and how I should arrange them. I have already ordered the COOLER MASTER Megaflow 200mm and a COOLER MASTER 120mm fan, both blue LEDs. The case comes with 1 rear 120mm fan and one front 120mm fan. Incase you need other details to help here they are:

AsRock Extreme4 - Mobo
i5 2500k Sandy Bridge - CPU
MSI Radeon HD 6950 2gb - GPU
CORSAIR HX Series 650W - PSU
Scythe SCMG-2100 - Cooler
HITACHI Deskstar 7K1000 - HDD
CORSAIR Vengeance (2x4GB) 8GB RAM
I was recently made aware the 4gb modules will only fit 2 sticks for the parts that I have, so I will eventually replace them, however 8gb should be fine for now.

Computer will mainly be used for gaming (SC2, D3...when it comes out) and schoolwork (nothing too demanding).

Thanks for the help and replies ahead of time ;)

Solution
You can put the Megaflow at the top or in the front.
I'd probably put it in the top(exhaust) = hot air rises and less work
The other 120mm would be fine as a front intake.
Ideally you'd want 2 matching led but what the heck.= airflow is what's important.
That's pretty much the fan configuration of an Antec 902.
Which is excellent btw i have one.

Awesome, thanks for the help again Davcon, quick question, if a fan is facing inwards, like the blades facing inwards thats considered use for airflow, and if you have it facing outwards it is exhaust, can you arrange any fan in these positions? And also, should I use a anti static elec band while putting the system together?

I've never quite heard intake and exhaust put that way before.
I think you're correct though any fan will work either intake or exhaust.
Easier to look at the fan it will have arrows on it somewhere (any CM fan i have does).
You might feel more comfortable using a ESD band but i've never used one.
As long as you don't work on carpet in socks and keep touching the metal chassis with a hand i've never had a problem.
When powering up and down and going back into the case make sure you.
Turn off psu button
unplug psu cord
depress case button for a sec or two = discharge caps
Touch the metal chassis of the case or psu with one hand
That's all i've ever done without any incidents.
Don't handle the contacts of any components.= ram,gpu,cpu,etc...
