More about budget 600wattspsu suggestion
  1. the amount of monitors doesnt really have anything to do with the powersupply, only the video card(s) and other components inside the case
  2. What are the rest of your specs so I know 600w is sufficient. 4 monitors require 2 gpus and 600 probably isn't enough for that.

I 'll buy 2 low-end graphics cards each drive 2. Can this work? If it works, 600w should be enough
  5. It still depends on what cards. Gpu and cpu take most of the power but other components will add up too. I would still need to know the rest of your specs.
  6. Actually 100$ can fetch you a nice 750W PSU which will be enough for even two mid range video cards.. Check this out -

Though still, even I would like to know your proposed setup.. Also, what sort of work do you do which might require so many monitors..?
