I just build a pc and nothing is working help

Hello,

i just build a pc and followed the instruction, connected everyting and no led light was glowing, so thought lets boot it up nothing still need help

my specs are
Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-US2H
2x2gb dd3 1333 ram
sapphire hd radeon 5570 1gb
amd phenom II x4 955 BE 3.2
500w powersuply

check PSU switch at rear....

check aux cpu power connected to MB

check cpu fan connected to correct header...

check GPU has it's aux power input(s)

"No LED light glowing"...not sure what this means.
