How to access a printer on a different network

Hello,
We have network printers wih IP 192.168.1.121 and 122. We want to access these printers through a VNC session of our remote servers which has IP's 192.168.125.2 and so on.How to configure this setup and we have all machines running Red Hat Linux.

sorry I dont know enough linux to walk you through this but on windows RDP there's an options button when setting up the connection to share printers. then when connected you can print remotely by sending the data to said printer. Not sure how it works in which ever vnc flavor comes with whatever version of RH youre on.
