So what can I do with the p67 and the i52500k

I bought the p67 and the sandy bridge one day before the news of the bad parts so what do I need to do now ? The only thing I have is those two and the software windows 7 so should I build it or not ?

Well, it depends. Do you need a new system up and running right now or can you use your current computer for a bit longer? If the latter, maybe you go ahead and send the motherboard back in and build in March or April. If you need it now, go ahead and build and take advantage of the replacement program in March or some time later in the year when it's convenient for you to tear down your build, ship the motherboard off, get a replacement, re-license windows and be back up.
