What is new in Version 4.000.191

April 1st, 2005

New: If any of the Robot ships or fighter wings involved in battle set
to your UFC, then your ships and fighter wings will be turned off with
the shields down and will not fire their weapons in combat. (Other
Robots immune)

New: If a Robot ship set to your UFC is over one of your bases with Ion
Cannons, your base's Ion Cannons will fire upon itself and destroy your
base. (Other Robots immune)

New: The Federation have a new special building called the Federation
Headquarters, planet tech 13, cost 100,000 MC and 10,000 supplies to
build. Limit 1 per base. If turned on, then by setting the command code
of the base to another players UFC, that race will join the Federation.
Resulting in all their bases, ships, and fighter wings joining the
Feds. The Robots, Crystals, Cyborg, and Solarians are immune.

Affects on bases:
All personal converted to Federation colonists
All fighters converted to Fed type 3.
All mechs converted to Fed type 1.
All POWS converted to Federation colonists.
All other buildings unchnaged.
Affects on ships:
Ship turned over to the Fed.
All crew converted to Fed crew.
All personal in the guest quarters converted to Fed colonists.
Affects on fighter wings:
All fighters converted to type 3
Affects on pods:
Pod ownership turned over to Fed
Original destination kept but speed converted to current Fed pod speed.
All fighters, mechs, personal converted as above.

New: Lizards consume Lirchin Spieces at the rate of 1 unit of Spieces
per 10K colonists. This results in 5X growth rate for the affected
persons but no taxes produced. Each unit of spiece eaten also reduces
city tax income by 10%, up to 10 units resulting in no city tax income.

Removed: The Borg's Cylon Tech mech unit (type 3) is replaced.

New: Borg mech unit type 3 called "Ten Out of Ten". Costs 100 MC to
build and 100 MC to mantiagn. When built causes other races within 200
LY taxes and city revenue to be cut in half.

My dad tried to get his adopted kids on the 1st by saying the Georgia
state legislature had passed a law requiring all kids to walk to school
that day. (It will storming outside Atlanta on the 1st) The kids didn't
