Power Requirements

I have a computer that i am building and the last of the hardware will be here today: the system specs will be
Intel Core I7 920 CPU(would like to OC but do not know how)
ASRock x58 Extreme6 Motherboard
Zalman cnps9900max-B R CPU fan
Crucial Ballistix 12(6x2gb) GB DDR3 1600mhz memory
2x360 GB HDD
1x720 GB HDD
1x1.5 TB HDD
samsung blu ray player
rosewill IM5001 card reader
NZXT Sentury2 fan controller w 7x Thermaltake 120mm fans this is the link to the fans

plus the rear 140 mm fan and the front 230mm fan that came with the Cooler Master HAF 932 case
MSI GX460 768GB VIDEO CARD
MSI GTX560 1 GB TI VIDEO CARD
three sets of 40mm fans on front of case
I ordered a Ultra X4 1200watt psu to power all this do you think that it will be enough? Also with the side fans should i have them blowing in cool air or pulling out the hot?
