Longterm problems with ASUS EAH5770 CuCore

I've spent so many hours searching for the solution but no luck. I get black screens in windows (not so much in gaming), especially when browsing pictures. Not only black screen but also weird colors and artifacts (blocks) on display. I've learned that there are so many out there with this card that have the same problem. I've updated the drivers several times, even with a full clean install (using driver sweeper in safe mode). This is my system:

Intel I7 920
6GR RAM
PSU: Coolermaster Real Power M520

Oh I forgot the motherboard: ASUS P6T SE

Good psu so I wouldn't be surprised that your card is either defective or needs to be cleaned.
