Update bios phoenix technologies ltd 6 00 pg 12/29/2006

Hi all , I need a help , I have Motherboard Manufacturer : Biostar, Model 945GZ Micro 775 SE,
My BIOS : Phoenix Technologies,LTD 6.00 PG Date 12/29/2006 I need to update my BIOS, anybody can help me where and how to update my BIOS?!!! Thanks!!!
