Considering the SB has had a recall this is the only system build i can come up with at this point of time that seems to look a little decent.

AMD Phenom II 1090T/6CORE/3.2GHz/9MB Cache/125W/Black Edition
Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5, AMD 890FX + AMD SB850, 4x DDR3, 7.1 CH Audio, GbLAN, 6xSATA3, RAID,
MSI R6970-2PM2D2GD5, 2G 256Bit GDDR5 PCIe 2*DVI HDMI 2*MiniDSP DX11
Corsair Nova V32 32GB 2.5" MLC SSD, 195/70MB/Sec, SATA Ii, Indilinx controller, 64MB Onboard CA
G.Skill DDR3-1600 8GB Dual Channel [Ripjaws] F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
LG W2353V-PF Blk Glossy 23" Widescreen LCD -16:9 (1920x1080), 2ms, HDMI, DVI, 50000:1 Contrast, Ful

Dont need PSU and CASE since i have the antec twelve hundred case and a good PSU.

If you have any suggestions please feel free to leave comments :)

If this machine is for gaming, you will likely get at least equal performance from a less expensive 965BE.
Look for a SSD with a Sandforce controller. I wouldn't get less than 80GB. You'll also need a magnetic drive for data. I would suggest a Samsung Spinpoint F3, Seagate 7200.12, or Western Digital Black; of 500GB-1TB in size.
I wouldn't argue against 8GB any more, but if you want to save some money, dropping back to 4GB will probably not hurt in any meaningful way.

good setup so far.. id go with a larger ssd though.. @ least a 60gb so u can have room for ur os and some programs with room to spare.. u dont always want to be worrying about running low on space on ur primary.. it will keep u up all night every night lol
ocz has the vertex 2 60 gb for 119. 104 w/ rebate
its a great drive i have one.

jtt283 is right if its for gaming the 965 's are about equal as far as gaming,, maybe better in some because of the higher clock.. bulldozer is due out in april and those chips will go in am3 boards u can save that cash put it to ur ssd then grab a bulldozer chip when they come out!!!!!

Kingston HyperX 2000MHZ DDR3 T1 Xmp, 4GB (2GB x2 Kit), CL9 KHX2000C9AD3T1K2/4GX

Is that a better choice for ram?

Modman505, I'm pretty sure bulldozer will require an Am3+ board and won't work with current AM3 boards.

I have adjusted my build and it is actually cheaper :)

1 x Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5, AMD 890FX + AMD SB850, 4x DDR3, 7.1 CH Audio, GbLAN, 6xSATA3, RAID,
1 x MSI R6970-2PM2D2GD5, 2G 256Bit GDDR5 PCIe 2*DVI HDMI 2*MiniDSP DX11
1 x LG W2353V-PF Blk Glossy 23" Widescreen LCD -16:9 (1920x1080), 2ms, HDMI, DVI, 50000:1 Contrast, Ful
1 x AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition CPU, 3.4GHz (125W), 8MB Cache
1 x OCZ Vertex 2 60GB 2.5in MLC SSD (Solid State Disk), SATAII, Speed 285/275 MB/Sec, OCZSSD2-2VTXE60G
1 x Kingston HyperX 2000MHZ DDR3 T1 Xmp, 4GB (2GB x2 Kit), CL9 KHX2000C9AD3T1K2/4GX

Don't forget the hard drive. Avoid the 2TB drives; they are still supposedly experiencing higher than expected failure rates. Yes, I'll take that ding for not recalling where I've read that...
I've been buying the Seagates and Samsungs, and not had a failure in at least the last few years (probably only 6-8 drives though).
