A Little Issues with "ATI VGL5300"

I have recently bought a used PC, Dell Precision 380 in which ATI VGL5300 grafix card is already installed. But I have noticed horizontal fringes in the display which spoils the viewing experience. Though the fringes are extremely thin, but irritate me. It was not the case with previous computer which was already low profile compared to this one. So I dont know whats the problem and How to rectify it?

What is the make and model of the display panel/monitor?

What type of video cable is being used? Are you using a display adapter or adapter cable (e.g. DVI-to-VGA)?

What OS and driver version is being used?
