The Famous Monitor Light Flashing Problem...

I have searched and searched I got nothing. Let me give you the skinny...

At first this computer did power on, after a reboot this started to happen.



I have tried 3 different monitors (2 models, one has flashing green orther flashing amber, all 3 working with other pc's)

I have tried 4 different video cards (Onboard, AGP and PCI, Tried in other machines and working.)

I have tried 2 different HDD's 2 CDROMS and 3 PSU's, all known working.

Mobo supports ddr and sd ram, tried 4 different sticks of each only one at time and not ddr+sd at same time, All known working.

I have tried 3 different known working IDE cables.

I have tried 3 different know working cpu's and 2 different heatsink+fan.

I have tried 2 different power cables for monitor both know working.

I have tried 3 different cmos batteries.

Working speaker give no beeps.



Im thinking the mobo has to be dead some how but its strange.
Figure I would let you know everything that I have tried so you dont have to ask me. And thanks for anybody that can help.

Unfortunately, you did not describe the problem very well. The Famous Monitor Light Flashing Problem doesn't give enough details and doesn't seem to be all that famous. I might have a solution, but I would need to figure out what exactly the problem is first.

Monitor's are in sleep mode at all times. If I pull the video cable out is says it has no signal.
