Case fans; straight to PSU or Mobo

Was curious, what the concensus on case fan connection? I have the CM HAF 932 Full tower. Should I directly connect the fans to the PSU or use the motherboards connectors? I have the Asus Gen 3 Pro board (P8Z68).

It has CPU, CHasis and power fan connectors (4pin CPU-FAN/CPU_fan_OPT, 4pin CHA_FAN1, 3pin CHA_Fan2, 3PIN POWR_FAN1-2.

I also have the Corsair HX850w PSU modular continuous power.

Use the PSU, so the mobo have less excuses to fail on u.

Use for the mobo only cooler related fans.

For the case fans, u can use aftermarket controller.
