Have Dell Inspiron 530, will a Pentium D 920 CPU work. Have 350 watt power supply.

Depends on which motherboard you have inside yours. There are at least 2. One could handle quad cores and the other one couldn't

It has the foxxconn G33M02 MB,FSB 800/ 4gb memory, bios 1.08.1,just up graded psu to 350 watt
