Nvidia Quadro nvs 285 monitor flickers

Hi -
I have a Nvidia nvs video card with
2 Samsung 2253lw monitors. One monitor is fine, the other one flickers then eventually will be okay sometimes, and then sometimes not. I swapped cables still flickers. don't think it's the cables. Try a different video card? WIN 7 is my OS. I've downloaded latest drives too. thx

Were you able to solve the problem? I'm having the exact same problem, I've noticed the flickering occurs whenever new hardware is detected, eg. usb flash drive, ipod.
