i was going to buy a new mainboard. betwenn Asus P8P67 or Msi P67A-C45 which is better and why ? If u help me it would be very grateful to me! Thx in advance.

It depends on your CPU choice, the ASUS P8P67 (REV 3.1) is 12 Phases and the MSI P67A-C45 (looks like 6) I realize the SFC are supposedly more efficient they're not doubly as I recall 20%~30%. Nonetheless, the transitions wouldn't be as smooth which would required to compensate between the drops/spikes between phases -- which translates into higher (bad) vCore.

Next the ASUS adds Marvell SATA3 ports has more USB ports. I also like the added PCIe for example RAID, PCIe SSD, etc card.

ASUS P8P67 (REV 3.1) http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67_REV_31/#specifications
MSI P67A-C45 http://www.msi.com/product/mb/P67A-C45.html#/?div=Detail

So my choice is the ASUS P8P67.
