Recently I inserted a new graphics card in my computer, Nvidia GeForce 7600 GS. I replaced the old 9100 chip integrated in the motherboard. Both of which have cause problems, but right now i'm using the 7600 card. Whenever I play any game (Minecraft, WoW, and League of Legends), after about 20 minutes of playing, my computer starts having these "hiccup" freezes that last anywhere from 5-60 seconds. Also, when it unfreezes, it occasionally will affect the environment around me, causing strange geometric shapes in basic colors to replace what was once there. And finally, when this all starts to happen my fps while not affected by anything drops from 30, to about 15 or 20. Please help Tom, you're my only hope.

Lots of data - but not much useful. You likely have a bad psu, a bad vid card, or are overheating.

Eliminate overheating first by downloading CPUID's Hardware Monitor and watching temperatures, cores and gpu. If cores >70C or gpu > 90C, get things cooler.

If its not heat, the next step would be to swap in a different power supply, and/or a different grpahics card. If the problem disappears, you have found the culprit. Otherwise, you'll need to guess.

Specifically, what psu make/model are you using? And how old is it?

So first rule out heat as the cause of your problem - run Prime95/Hardware Monitor as suggested above.
