Yes, 1.35v RAM works fine with SB/LGA 1155. You should access the BIOS and either use XMP or manually set the DRAM Frequency, CAS Timings and DRAM Voltage per rated spec.
If both the CAS Timings (e.g. 9-9-9-24) and Frequency (DDR3-1600) are the same then the performance will be statistically identical. The differences tiny as they are e.g. 0.25~0.5FPS in gaming are due to the RAM's IC's quality.

However, the Kingston HyperX Grey (Genesis) is 1.65v RAM and NOT recommend for the SB CPU. When getting any RAM for the Sandy Bridge only select 1.50v or less RAM.
