Need help fast! going crazy

I have a new motherborad the intel dx79si, i can't get it to boot. the display gives me a "AF " and its stops and the board shuts off. anyone know that the AF code is? another question, where can i find what the meaning of teh bliking lights mean.

Code AF refers to "reserved for future use" which I can't figure out. The link won't transfer to this page.
If you are trying to boot from a new hardrive, is it prepped and formated yet? Try just one ram stick in dimm slot number one.

no post at all. no video no beep errors. the system powers up for a few seconds and turns off. I am think its a CPU issue itried a differt board. same thing

its not a hard drive issue. i have tride 2 ssd's and 2 regular hd's. its either memoery or cpu at this point. whether its 1 or 2 or all dimms filled same issue.
