Help please, ASRock P67 Extreme 4, port CHA_FAN3 is not working

Just recieved the ASRock P67 Extreme 4
After build every thing, I have found out that my rear fan which plugs into "CHA_FAN3"(see pic) is not working. At the first, I thought it is the fan.
However, after I plug it into "CHA_FAN2" it work.


does any one know why "CHA_FAN3" is not working?
Are there something wrong with my MOBO?


ps:brought from newegg, now newegg has Deactivated the board, i can't even exchange it.

All of the H67 & P67 motherboards have been temporarily removed from the market so that the chipset problem can be resolved.

They should reappear back into the market around April, so Intel says.

You should still contact newegg and explain the problem to them. They will tell you how the problem will be handled.

I would return the mobo for a refund. There are several non-defect mobos for the money. New and better chipset keep coming.

Thank for the reply, i have found out that i have forgotten to plug in ATX 8 pin....

for the intel SATA port issue. I will contact newegg and see what they say.
