Are these compatible?

Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard, CPU and RAM. I have two question I would like to figure out.

Firstly, which processor would be better between this [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 ] and this [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103849 ].

Also, those processors be compatible with this motherboard: [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131646 ] and this RAM: [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 ].

I am going more for a gaming build, and would eventually like to add in a decent DX11 card (I currently have a 4850), and perhaps a SSD. However, due to my want of a gaming build, I was leaning to the 965 for my processor. Though, I know several people who have the 1090T and say it is a beast. The price difference between the 1090T and 965 is minimal, I'm just wondering if it would be a better investment in the long run going with the 1090T vs. the 965.

Please note, I am pretty set on getting one of these two processors, so please no Intel recommendations.

1090t is better
everything is compatible.

even though 2500k destroys the 1090t for less
