Running a GeForce GTS 250 on a 400W PSU might have been a factor in the shutdown

Hello,ive installed a gts 250 about a week ago and my pc just crashed about a hour ago and when i try to restart the screen just stay black ive now installed my old gpu to google the problem and i think it might be my psu

It can damage your entire system and it'd go up in smoke, even more if it's a low quality psu.
Get at least a good quality 550w psu if you want to keep using the gts250, unless you want your entire system to smoke.
