  7. No point getting the 965 over the 955, they are exactly the same chip, but the 965 has it's multiplier set one step up, which you could do yourself if you want and the price difference doesn't really justify the difference in frequency either.

The Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB is a better buy than the WD 1TB FAEX, as it is cheaper, faster, quieter and cooler.

You don't really need a 730W PSU for that build, you wouldn't need that much even for a build with two GTX 460s. But then again, it's not really a 730W PSU, as it only has two 24amp 12V rails, which is 288W per rail. Also it's quality and efficiency is unknown because it hasn't been tested by a professional review site (or any that I can find). I would much prefer to go for something that has been tested.
Personally I'd go for one of these:
    Antec Neo Eco 620C 80Plus Bronze $70 ($20 rebate)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031
    Seasonic S12II Bronze 520 $70
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094
  8. I got my cpu running at about 3.8 Ghz

    my gpu running at 858/1716

The only difference is the LED backlighting. Brightens it up for a better picture.
