I have been into my new systems bios and the SSD is running as a slave. Why is that? Should it not run as a master?
With the RAM that I have installed the memory frequency runs at 1333Mhz should it not run at 1600 as that what the installed RAM's frequency is?
Next is in regard to the video card I have installed. It is PCI express 2.1 and is installed in the PCIEx16 slot so the Init Display first in the advanced bios should be changed to PCIEx16 instead of just PCI correct.
I last question, I installed Windows without changing from IDE to AHCI is it to late to do that?

Solution
-There is no master or slave with sata anymore, it show up on list depending witch connector you plug it in. (You should use the black connector on your motherboard) (for some reason motherboard makers still use IDE master/slave way in bios)
-There option set it to 1600 manually, Possibly enable XMP profile (under Advanced Memory Settings)
-Video card thing is just for bios it changes witch monitor will show up bios first (if you have multiple monitors), in windows it don't matter.
-Not to late to change to AHCI, but you need to go to windows and modify registry first, then change in bios

will find link to guide ***

Yes of course I guess that I have been at this a little to long today. First build and first time starting a computer from parts to a complex working machine. Little nerve racking. Of course its just what SATA port I plugged the SSD into. DAH.
I will do a little tinkering in the RAM frequency.
As for changing EDI to AHCI I got it.
