Mobo - BIOSTAR TA890FXE AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard $129.99

Case - XION Vantage Mid-Tower Case $49.99 ( simply like design)

HDD - Western Digital WD5001AALS Caviar Black Hard Drive - 500GB, 7200 rpm, 32MB, SATA-3G $55

GFX - XFX Radeon HD 5850 Black Edition, PCIe, HDMI, DVI $170.00

Ram - Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) HyperX DDR3 Memory Kit $103

Drive - LG UH10LS20K 10X Blu Ray ROM/DVDRW Combo Internal $80.00

PSU - Corsair Builder Series CX600 Power Suppy 600W $45.00

down the line maybe two monitors these

Viewsonic VX2239wm 21.5" Widescreen LCD Monitor - 1080p, 1920x1080, 16:9, 2ms, 100000:1 Dynamic, VGA, HDMI $169.99

There's no point in going with the FX, even if you plan xfire later, the GX 8x/8x is just fine. If you don't plan Xfire, then the 870 is a good choice for a lot less money.

Also while the 5850 is a great card, there are newer, more efficient cards available now for a similiar price. Look at 6870 and 6950. These prices are dropping weekly so expect them to be cheaper next week.

Don't forget about AMazon.com, they consistently beat out Newegg and almost always offer free shipping on items Newegg charges $7-8 for shipping.
