Two nights ago my PC froze on me as I had a completely garbled picture. The colors weren't uniform and a I immediately thought it was the video card. I turned it off and restarted the machine and it worked fine for a short time. The screen would freeze and garble, again and again. Then last night, I started it up to try to reinstall a driver (as I thought it would have corrupted) and I got a BSoD. I am thinking it's the video card, but it's well ventilated and there's no dust build up anywhere near it. I don't have a lot of money right now as the holidays are fast approaching so I was wondering if there was a couple of things to do so I can troubleshoot my problem.
