New computer-Good motherboards for it?

Hello, I am building a new PC and I am currently looking for a good motherboard for it. I have done a little research but I was coming here to consult you guys to see if you had any suggestions. I dont really have a budget for the motherboard but I would like it around $200. For my graphics card I am getting a GTX 570 and for my processor I am getting an i5-2500k. Also, do you have any suggestions on what to cool my processor with? I was an Antec Kühler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System but I dont know anything about them. Thanks
