My DG41WV does not show pci express 2.0 instead it shows 1.1 
Although in the specs sheet on the intel box states it as 2.0 any clarification on this Guys?

Can I sue Intel? 
I can't find PCIe 2.0 anywhere on Intel's site. Here it specifically says 1.1: http://www.intel.com/products/desk [...] erview.htm However several sites state that it's PCIe 2.0, e.g., http://reviews.cnet.com/motherboar [...] col;subnav You could certainly sue Intel
