BSOD WITH PCI X16 GRAPHICS CARD AND MORE THAN 2GB OF RAM

Problem:When i m trying install more than 2gb of ram,my system shows BSOD and restarts everytime with every O.S.(I have tried Windows xp,7 64bit and linux).When i remove my nvidia g210 graphics card from the pci x16 slot,3 and 4gb ram works fine.My motherboard is asus P5VD2-VM.Is there something i can do or i just have to change my mobo?

Perhaps you should update your motherboard's bios. Look for more recent revisions, why it was revised, and what it fixes.
