Is the connection you're using reliable ? Does Windows have another Network Connection running ? Is there a second Ethernet Socket ?
The message is annoying but it may not be a problem otherwise.

you can also try updating or rolling back the drivers. if that does not work try disabling and re enabling the local area connection under network connections.
