Graphi card crash?

Allo to all and good evening :) )
I have an issue in an old pc.....

The specs are:

Os:Windows xp professional
CPU:Amd athlon 64 3200+
Mobo:Gigabyte-K8NSC-939
Psu:Thermaltake 500
Vga:Asus 3650 agp

When i boot pc the screen fill with squares of all colors :( (
and i cant see anything,,,,is a graphic issue you think? or something else?
any help will be apreciated :) )
any suggestion plz :) )

Squares like that indicate an issue with the GPU on the Graphics card. Did you do anything recently like update drivers, new Ram etc.

I beleive that was an attempt at humour.

With no updates to look at as alternatives im afraid it very much looks like your GPU has died :( 
There are two main types of artifacing one is linked to faulty graphics memory and appears as little dots on screen. The other one is the one you have which indicates the main GPU chip is the issue and its a new Graphics card needed im afraid.

Man sorry agian can be faulty power supply?

Have you recently inspected the card or have done any maintenance? Even passively cooled components must be cleaned once and a while.

Card yes i make mainantance..
no update driver..
the card has passing cool no fun :)
