Can linksys wrt54g work with d-link dir-655

Hello,
i currently have 1 laptop connect wirelessly to dir-655 router & i want to connet another desktop PC which is without a wireless adaptor on it and want it to be connect to wrt54g as a wireless device, is it possible to work; can anyone help?

Only if both support WDS -- otherwise you can use the WRT54G as an extender by connecting the two units with an ethernet cable.
