Need help with 650 dollar build

can anyone help me build a gaming rig for 650 dollars i just bought a dell inspirion 560 and its proccessor is the only thing keeping me from being able to run the like of crysis i already bought a new grfx card so if there is a way to upgrade this comps processor then by all means let me know it will be cheaper then returning this and buying a new one by the way custom built machines have to have a os and monitor please and thanks for the help pref websit: newegg or even a prebuilt from cyber power
