Need help for RAM upgrade

my pc configuration

cpu - AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition
motherboard - asus m4a89 gtd / pro usb3
ram - 4 gb
graphics card - xfx raedon hd 6670
hard disk - 1 tb

i have 4 X 4GB memory slot. suggest a good performance 4 GB RAM. i already have 2 X 2GB installed in two slots. can i install 2 X 4GB in other two slots.
