Upgrading a acer x3200 gpu and psu ?

hi I have been wanting to upgrade my acer x3200 I would like a better graphics card so I need more power and have been looking at the Shuttle PC63 500W
Psu.
It looks like it would fit in the box but I am a novice at this and would like a second opinion.
I am hoping that this then could run say a Radeon 5570 low profile.

i have the same system, and the stock 220w power supply pumps enough power into the system to run an ati hd5570, with no problems - stunning wee systems to be honest, im very impressed with it
