hi I have been wanting to upgrade my acer x3200 I would like a better graphics card so I need more power and have been looking at the Shuttle PC63 500W
It looks like it would fit in the box but I am a novice at this and would like a second opinion.
I am hoping that this then could run say a Radeon 5570 low profile.
tell me you thoughts please.

Yes, it should be enough power to run that card. Make sure you plug in ALL the power cables into the graphic card, if it has additional power plugs.
If I were you, though, I would choose a better brand for the PSU, and while at it, I would go for a wattage that is higher than the minimum recommended for that graphic card. Don't forget, the PSU feeds the other components, as well. It is worth it, esp. considering that you get a much better system for a small investment.

Are you sure a Shuttle XPC PSU is appropriate? I think TFX is more likely. Compare the screw holes in the pictures to your current one.
Seasonic 300W TFX

300W will be fine for a 5570.
