Monitor wont turn on

I have a samsung lcd and i 1 time the light kept blinking blue and would keep going from analog and digital. any tips how i can get it going?

It sounds like the monitor is not getting the video signal. Verify that your video cable is properly attached to the computer's video output.

i installed the card easy, is it possible i could have damaged it somehow? i am gonna try my old monitor see if it works
