Hello,
I want to purchase a 4 Gb ram for my motherboard.

Will the ram "Corsair 4GB DDR3 CMV4GX3M1A1333C9" work with Gigabyte motheboard
"GA-G41MT-S2P " ??

I am confused because motherboard support only "Support for DDR3 1333(O.C.)1066/800 MHz memory modules" and the Ram is of the rating -"Speed Rating : PC3-10600 (1333MHz)"

that (o.c.) will create any problem or not??

Question one: yes.
Question two: no problems

The 1333 is a "non standard" speed rating(unofficial) But the motherboard and the RAM can both handle 1333...

Yep, it should work without any hick ups : )

The mobo will down clock the RAM if needed.

I would not worry about that dhaval004.
