What are the differences between the ATI EAH5670 and R567OC?

Hi,

Just a quick question, sorry if this is a completely nooby and annoying one.

My concern is the huge fan on the R567OC and whether it will fit on my mobo/case. I'm going for the EAH5670 because it looks like it will fit more than the other, but I was wondering if there were performance differences what the features differences are.

The OC version will run a bit faster, but to be honest, you can probably overclock the non-OC version farther than the OC version comes at stock.

Without getting into too much detail, or just go for your life ill try to understand hehe, why will the OC run a bit faster? if so is there a measure as to how much it runs faster? .. not the best at overclocking GPUs, ive never done it, I take it its just in the BIOS settings?
