I have a Dell 2350,every time I turn it on it shuts off after 1-2 minutes.I cleaned my fans. Can I unplug the power button and turn it off & on in the back?If so how do I do it?

You need to find out why it shuts down. The power button is temporary and it signals the motherboard to power up the system; even if you hold it forever or short the power switch pins on the motherboard, the system should still shutdown after a few minutes until the issue has been resolved.

You cleaned the fans, but does the CPU or another component overheats? The CPU temp should be available in the BIOS. Does it shutdown when on a BIOS screen or only once the OS is loaded?

You need to determine if a component overheats or if it's caused by something else. Did you clean the fans before or after the problem started? Does it shutdown if you leave it on the BIOS screen for 10-15 minutes? Have you tried booting from a bootable DVD and if so, do you have the same issue?
