cool i was already looking at the gskill 8gx4 ddr3-1600.. do you by chance know how they would hold up to overclocking and would a coolermaster v10 keep them cool enough or should i go with a seperate fan? or would it even be worth my time overclocking 32g of ram?

It wasn't that long ago a 4x8GB cost $2K, geez prices have come down - big time! :)

The F3-12800CL10Q-32GBZL won't OC much if any over Rated, they're meant for mass storage and in most cases for Rendering. The density is too high to sustain an OC without the consequences of errors.

The CM V10 is not listed for LGA 2011, and when looking at their site I saw no LGA 2011 reference for it. Most folks are using the Corsair H100, you just need to make sure your case can support a 2x120mm radiator, otherwise the Corsair H80, Noctua NH-D14 , or Thermaltake Frio are most popular.
