Missing BIOS..

Hello, I've got windows 7 installed,and I can't enter BIOS. I've installed all types of windows,from XP to 7,and it keeps telling me the same "CMOS checksum bad", date and time are missing and battery low. it's also requesting a password, but not the user password.it tells me to press F2 to enter SETUP and F1 to load basic values, and then,this password,I miss it and then it loads the windows. Why is it doing this? Windows isn't always working...
