How do i overclock my amd sempron 145 on the emachines el 1352g?

In an emachines its a very simple answer, you dont.

Your BIOS will be locked restricting you to software OCing, but its a sempron likely in a cramped case with only one fan and a fairly small heatsink on it, they dont build thermal headroom into prebuilts and a sempron isnt going to give you great results no matter what speed its at.
