No signal when Win 7 Init

My setup

Dell studio 1558, ATI RADEON 4570 HD, HDMI plugged

catalyst 10.11 (10-11_mobility_vista_win7_32-64_ccc)

Philips LCD TV 32 PFL5605 D with updated firmware LC93L-1.21.2.0





a new 1,5mts HDMI 1.3 cable

specifications:

insulation resistance 10ohm DC150v, AC 300v, 30, 36, 48 bit rgb or ycbcr







SITUATION I



1- when windows starts with the screen STARTING WINDOWS

I can see it in the laptop and the HDTV



2- then the screen go black and the mouse pointer appears.

I supposed that the ati drivers loads here.

i can see it in the laptop buy i don´t see it in the HDTV



SITUATION II



1 - with the HDTV in stand by i plugged in the laptop

windows recognized the HDTV as Philips 105S (105S2) (an old crt monitor)

catalyst recognized the HDTV as PHILIPS, DTV, HDMI



2- i power on the HDTV and the screen go black, catalyst doesnt recognize the HDTV

and in the HDTV appears the sign NO VIDEO SIGNAL



SITUATION III



1- the vga cable works perfect



SITUATION IV



1- I unistall catalyst and choose to install

as video driver the default microsoft windows 7 driver

the screen only allows me to switch 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. i can view the duplicated screen on my monitor and HDTV

only in those resolutions



2- again i install catalyst and the screen go black, catalyst doesnt recognize the HDTV and in the HDTV appears the sign NO VIDEO SIGNAL

SITUATION V

1 - I selected boot in low res, and worked in duplicate monitor and only in a few resolution options, but then when I restart again in normal mode the screen went black again and disconnect the HDTV.

2 - Now i m trying to boot in low res but doesnt work anymore!!!









please! help!!! what can i do?
