HD5470 vs 8600gt

IS the ati mobility radeon HD5470 better than the pc version of nvidia 8600gt
i saw that the 8600gt has only 32 stream processors where as the hd5470 has 80
So doesnt that make it a powerful gfx card?

But i have seen my cousin play GTA4 in high settings with his xfx 8600gt-512mb ddr2
But he has a core 2 quad proccy wid him
can i play Crysis in high settings with my new laptop

3gb ddr3 ram
