TV Tuner input to wireless N output

I am looking for a good PCIe tuner card. Dual tuners, low profile card for a small m-ITX case.

Secondly, I would really like to accomplish the task of streaming input from that card and then broadcasting it over my wireless n network, such that is is accessible around the house. How hard is this to accomplish?

  1. For a low-profile, dual-tuner, PCIe TV Tuner card, most everyone will recommend the Hauppauge WinTV-2250.

To stream that video source, I'd probably recommend Windows Expression Encoder 4 (which is apparently replacing Windows Media Encoder).

  2. Have you looked at getting an HDHomerun? If you haven't, it's a dual ATSC tuner that connects to your home network. All computers on the network have access to the tuners. Since it connects via network, a small ITX case is not an issue.
